They're gonna clean up your looks
With all the lies in the books
To make a citizen out of you
Because they sleep with a gun
And keep an eye on you, son
So they can watch all the things you do
Because the drugs never work
They're gonna give you a smirk
'Cause they got methods of keeping you clean
They're gonna rip up your heads,
Your aspirations to shreds
Another cog in the murder machine
They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me
They could care less as long as someone'll bleed
So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose
Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me
The boys and girls in the clique
The awful names that they stick
You're never gonna fit in much, kid
But if you're troubled and hurt
What you got under your shirt
Will make them pay for the things that they did
They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me
They could care less as long as someone'll bleed
So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose
Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me
Ohhh yeah!
They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me
They could care less as long as someone'll bleed
So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose
Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me
All together now!
Teenagers scare the living shit out of me
They could care less as long as someone'll bleed
So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose
Maybe they'll leave you alone, but not me

Bloody pissed with Geog teachers. They did not mark our Geog mock papers. Returned them to us, exactly the way most of us handed up last Tuesday, with the exception of those doing badly. And apparently they took the overall results. Well, didn't the thought that perhaps, some people who did better in SS could have put up their horrendous Geography score ?!?!?!. Stupid. And furthermore, they were grumbling about how we did not put in effort, and we answered our questions wrongly. Sorry to say, but, if you are going to mark only bad papers, then I don't feel its right to criticise the rest of us for not studying! Which just begs the question: Why did I even study in the first place. To test my speed?? Well, I don't think that there's anything wrong with my speed.
Which brings me to my next grouse about our education system. Seriously, speed of handwriting should not be such a major factor. Sure, talk about time management. Talk about, if you know your things, you know ur stuff, time will not be a factor. But the problem is that some people write slowly. Speed at which your hand moves probably won't play too big a role in the future where computers are a major part of our lives will it! Maybe we should be more forward looking?
And the other day, while watching news on channel 8, I caught the segment on Hong Kong schools being encouraged to switch off air conditioning to conserve energy. FREAK. Our classrooms dont' even have a single air-con in sight. We bear with the summer heat. And they are complaining of temperatures scaling 28degrees. Yah right. Temperatues hit 33 + degrees here. And even this sounds hypocritical for temperatures went much higher in other countries like India where air conditioning is such a luxury, where food might not come at a daily basis. Its like Hong Kong is turning into a Mega Indoor stadium, and Singapore falls behind in the development race while other countries languish in poverty. * Income disparity alert *But maybe, in an ironic way, we are more advanced? For we do not need to devise a 'no air-con' day to conserve electricity.
On to my own personal indulgence:

HehHeh. Bloody pretty. Love this red. The PS3? WHATEVER. Until they make the PS3 sleaker, slimmer and in this shade, then thats the real deal. Srsly, the design of the PS3 is a step back. Big and bulky. The PS2 owns it. And my hands are itching to play NFS or some fighting game or a war game. Need some adrenaline. Pity I suck at racing games these days after not playing for such a long time. Nvm, AFTER THE O's I SAY.
Sigh. I couldn't get the ink cartridges of Wijaya's new printer working for me today. I SUCK.
let your heart out.
